Roma: a digital space for ideas worth highlighting

Roma works with people and organizations on learning, leadership, and development. Its website needed to introduce these connected fields with the same clarity and curiosity that shape Roma’s work. For Dokmeh, the project was an opportunity to turn a content-rich subject into a visual story that feels approachable to read.

The idea: a manager’s well-used notebook

The graphic language takes its cue from the notebooks of engaged leaders: pages filled with notes, underlined thoughts, and highlighted passages. Instead of treating every sentence alike, the design draws attention to words and ideas that deserve a second look. Highlights give the typography rhythm and help express Roma’s focus on reflection, learning, and purposeful decisions.

A clearer way into Roma’s story

This visual approach connects the project’s editorial voice with its interface. Visitors can move from an opening idea to Roma’s areas of practice while the marked-up details make key messages easier to notice. The result is a website concept rooted in how people actually read, annotate, and return to useful ideas.
