The Story of Dastan
The Pakshoma project is a masterpiece in two aspects: innovative and modern design alongside a strong technical infrastructure. The Pakshoma website is unlike any of the previous projects by Dakmeh Agency. This time, we were dealing with a fully equipped sales tool that had to persuade a wide range of audiences to explore and search. It has succeeded, and the project effectively meets the needs of the brand’s audience as well as the Pakshoma marketing team.

Dakmeh Agency Selection; A Path to Creating a Digital Transformation
During the initial introduction meeting, they had watched one of my podcasts recorded on the 16th floor. A particular sentence from that podcast caught the attention of Pakshoma’s CEO:
“Choose your agency carefully, evaluate them thoroughly, but once you’ve made your choice, let them do their job.”
That sentence marked the beginning of our collaboration, and eventually, after three months of effort, the result was the Pakshoma e-commerce website..
Design and Development Process
The initial design phase took approximately 20 days. Our goal was to present the best possible ideas for this project; we aimed to make the design both practical and innovative. We entered the meeting with about seven different design proposals. The result?
The very first design was approved. They found the concepts highly satisfying—so much so that, in the middle of the meeting, the CEO stood up and said:
“This is it. Let’s move forward with this design.”

User Interface Design; A Reflection of Pakshoma’s New Identity
The website’s user interface was designed in alignment with Pakshoma’s rebranding and its Caregiver archetype, incorporating curved lines, dark green, light green, and yellow tones, along with frosted glass effects.
Pakshoma’s new brand identity was envisioned as a fusion of the Caregiver and Ruler archetypes. Therefore, the UI had to be both highly functional and modern at the same time.

Key Features of the User Interface Design:
- Dropdown menus with frosted glass backgrounds
- Use of smooth animations
- Implementation of large images with sharp color contrasts
- Creation of a unique design system
We aimed to design the user interface as a dashboard. Our vision was to make the website’s UI feel like an interactive experience with modern home appliances, rather than just a typical e-commerce platform. Essentially, the way users engage with the website is more akin to a technological tool rather than a conventional online store.
Technical and Infrastructure Challenges
This website had a complex technical structure. Two different platforms—inventory management and CRM—had to work in synchronization, while the website also needed to function as a fully operational sales platform.
Additionally, with a diverse product range and integration with two separate infrastructures, speed was a crucial factor. Ensuring high performance and efficiency in such an environment was a significant technical challenge.
Thanks to the efforts of a six-member team of developers and designers from Dakmeh Agency, the website achieved exceptional performance. Currently, the Pakshoma website can handle over 200 users per hour and process more than 1 million actions daily.
